Comprehensive Healthcare Services at Urban Core Health Center

Urban Core Health Center is dedicated to improving health outcomes in underserved communities.

We currently focus on providing access to vital HIV prevention services, including PrEP and PEP testing and support. These services are designed to protect individuals at risk and reduce new infections through education, early detection, and timely treatment. As we continue to grow, we are preparing to expand our care to include primary medical services, chronic disease management, and preventive screenings through support from the Ryan White Program and FQHC designation.
